Jocooks Method of preparation. Add oil to your dry pot, Put onions, Put the shredded chicken, Add black pepper, maggi, and little little pinch of salt, Allow to dry a little but not much to retain the freshness of the chicken, then bring it down. Mix the Salad cream& Ketchup together, Mix the carrot, cabbage, green pepper and stir it together with the chicken. You can mix the later with the chicken on fire but it should not exceed 20 seconds, The ketchup should be added after not on fire. Your chicken Shawarma is ready and is yummy... This story came to me last year but was busy and couldn't investigate it, but have done that now.
