How to prepare Chicken Shawarma
I wanna try this in here for my food lovers and guess what? You can try it on your own.
A Chicken (roasted or dried) it should be in pieces,
Red Pepper (Oshombo)
Cameroun pepper( black pepper)
Maggi
Green Pepper
Ketchup
Bama (salad cream)
Garlic (not compulsory)
Salt
Oil
Carrot
Cabbage
Onions.
Method of preparation.
Add oil to your dry pot,
Put onions,
Put the shredded chicken,
Add black pepper, maggi, and little little pinch of salt,
Allow to dry a little but not much to retain the freshness of the chicken, then bring it down.
Mix the Salad cream& Ketchup together,
Mix the carrot, cabbage, green pepper and stir it together with the chicken.
You can mix the later with the chicken on fire but it should not exceed 20 seconds,
The ketchup should be added after not on fire.
Your chicken Shawarma is ready and is yummy... You can use it as stew on your rice and that's the best part of it.
